In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ji77", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the ji77 platform operated at ji77.cam and all associated services, products, and sub-domains thereof.
• "you", "user", or "player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ji77 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account maintained by ji77 on behalf of a player, identified by a unique username and secured by a password.
• "Platform" refers collectively to the ji77 website, any associated mobile applications, application programming interfaces, and all services delivered through them.
• "Bet" or "Wager" refers to any staking of real-money funds on an outcome within the ji77 Sportsbook or on any ji77 Casino game.
• "Balance" refers to the aggregate of deposited funds, credited bonuses (where applicable), and net winnings held in a player's ji77 Account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, welcome bonus, reload bonus, or free bet amount credited to an Account subject to separate wagering conditions.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process that ji77 is required to conduct in compliance with its regulatory obligations.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the default and exclusive transactional currency of the ji77 platform.

By accessing the ji77 platform, clicking "I Agree" during registration, depositing funds, or placing any bet, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the ji77 platform and close your Account.

These Terms are supplemented by ji77's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and ji77. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and those supplementary policies on a specific matter, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary policy expressly states otherwise.

Ji77 reserves the right to require re-acceptance of these Terms following a material update. Continued use of the platform after notification of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to register and use the ji77 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person (not a corporation or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf;
• You have not previously had a ji77 account closed, suspended, or terminated for cause;
• You are not a current employee, director, or contractor of ji77 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming is not specifically prohibited by applicable national law;
• You are acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of a third party;
• You are not subject to self-exclusion from the ji77 platform.

Ji77 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time by requesting supporting documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension pending verification.

To access ji77's full range of services, you must complete the registration process and create a personal Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one active ji77 Account at any given time. Operating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited. Ji77 may merge, close, or suspend duplicate Accounts and withhold associated balances pending investigation.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration. You are obligated to keep your account details current. Ji77 is not responsible for losses or communication failures resulting from outdated or incorrect account information.
• KYC Verification: Ji77 may require you to submit identity documents (including a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification) and proof of address before processing withdrawals or at any other time at ji77's discretion. Accounts that do not complete KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality restricted.
• Credential Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ji77 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Ji77 will treat all activity conducted using valid credentials as authorised by the account holder.
• Suspicious Activity: You must notify ji77 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. Ji77 will investigate and take appropriate action, but cannot reverse bets placed or funds transferred prior to notification of a suspected breach.

Ji77 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its sole discretion if it determines that the Account has been created or is being used in violation of these Terms, including violations of the one-Account policy or the provision of false registration information.

All financial transactions on the ji77 platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

5.1 Deposits

• Ji77 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL Bank transfer, UBL Bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and standard bank transfer. Available methods are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
• Deposit minimums and maximums are as displayed within your Account at the time of the transaction. Ji77 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmed receipt from the payment processor. Ji77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Ji77 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible, consistent with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Ji77 targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted before the daily cut-off time displayed on the withdrawal page. Processing times for bank transfers may vary depending on the receiving institution.
• Ji77 reserves the right to require completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals may be temporarily held pending the satisfactory completion of identity verification.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your Account. Bonus Funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn as cash.
• Ji77 reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activity, and to report such suspicions to relevant authorities in compliance with applicable regulations.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on the ji77 Sportsbook. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are published within the relevant sections of the Sportsbook and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until ji77 displays a confirmed bet slip reference number. Ji77 reserves the right to decline or void any bet at its discretion before confirmation.
• Odds Changes: Live odds are subject to change in real time. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed at the time your bet is accepted and confirmed. Ji77 is not responsible for odds displayed during technical delays.
• Voided Bets: Ji77 reserves the right to void bets in cases of manifest error in odds, technical malfunction, event cancellation, or where ji77 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or collusive activity related to the relevant event.
• Results and Settlement: Bet settlement is based on official results as provided by ji77's recognised data providers. In the event of a discrepancy, ji77's determination of the official result shall be final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described below.
• Maximum Winnings: Ji77 applies maximum payout limits per event and per market as displayed within the Sportsbook. Bets placed in excess of applicable stake limits may be reduced to the maximum permissible stake at ji77's discretion.
• In-Play Betting: In-play bets are subject to a short acceptance delay to allow for real-time odds verification. Ji77 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting on any market at any time without prior notice.

Disputes regarding bet settlement must be submitted to ji77 customer support within 14 days of the relevant bet being settled. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered.

Ji77 Casino provides live dealer games, slot games, fishing arcade titles, and other electronic casino games. The following conditions apply to all casino gaming on the ji77 platform:

• Game Integrity: All electronic and RNG-based games use independently audited random number generators to ensure genuinely random outcomes. Game results are not influenced by bet size, account balance, or betting history.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are operated by trained dealers using physical equipment (cards, wheels). Video streams of the dealing process are provided in real time. Ji77 is not responsible for stream interruptions caused by your internet connection.
• Game Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, all bets and pays related to the malfunction are void. Ji77 will refund affected stakes to player balances in such cases.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by ji77. Where a specific promotion sets out different or additional terms, those promotion-specific terms shall apply in addition to these general conditions:

• Bonuses are awarded at ji77's absolute discretion. Ji77 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any bonus or promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice to eligible players.
• Each player is entitled to claim each introductory or welcome bonus once only. Attempting to claim a bonus more than once, including through the creation of duplicate accounts, constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the time limit specified in the applicable promotion. Bonus Funds and related winnings that have not been wagered to the required level by the expiry time will be removed from the Account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ji77 platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Fraudulent Activity: Any form of fraud including but not limited to chargebacks, use of stolen or unauthorised payment methods, or provision of false identity information.
• Collusion: Any arrangement between two or more players to coordinate betting activity in a manner designed to secure an unfair advantage over ji77 or other players.
• Arbitrage and Matched Betting: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers in a manner that eliminates financial risk, commonly referred to as matched betting or bonus abuse.
• Automated Betting: Use of bots, scripts, or any form of automated betting software to place bets on the ji77 Sportsbook or Casino without human interaction at the time of each wager.
• Technical Exploitation: Deliberate exploitation of software errors, display bugs, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through known technical errors are void.
• Money Laundering: Use of the ji77 platform to launder proceeds of criminal activity. Ji77 is obligated to report suspicions of money laundering to the relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities.
• Third-Party Account Use: Allowing or facilitating use of your Account by any third party, or using another person's Account.

Ji77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. The platform recognises that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become problematic, and maintains a suite of tools to help players manage their activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the Account Settings page. Once set, limits cannot be increased until the applicable cooling-off period has elapsed.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure time-based alerts that notify them when they have been active on the platform for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion is processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ji77's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the aggregate amount deposited by you into your Account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Ji77 shall not be liable for any of the following losses or damages, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings;
• Loss of data or Account information;
• Service interruptions caused by internet connectivity failures, maintenance, or circumstances outside ji77's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on the platform that contains a typographical or manifest error;
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ji77's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Ji77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ji77 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players by email, in-platform notification, or by displaying a prominent notice on the ji77 website.

Your continued use of the ji77 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request closure of your Account.

The version date displayed at the top of these Terms indicates when this version came into effect. Earlier versions are available from ji77 customer support on request.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes and claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ji77 holds its international gaming licence.

Ji77 operates an internal dispute resolution process. Players who wish to raise a formal complaint must first contact ji77 customer support by live chat or email. Ji77 aims to resolve all complaints within 10 business days. If a complaint cannot be resolved through this internal process, the matter may be escalated to the relevant regulatory body under ji77's licensing framework.

Any legal proceedings must be brought within one year of the date on which you became aware of the events giving rise to the claim. Claims brought outside of this limitation period will be time-barred.
